Prior to Bill Lee’s talk, Bob McClure gave an update on issues within the Delaware 
Association of Professional Engineers (DAPE.) 

John Gardner of our section suggested that the best speaker for the topic, “What is happening in Delaware that could affect IEEE members,” was former Judge Bill Lee. Bill has been a prime mover in Delaware politics for some years and is the Republican candidate for governor.

Bill addressed the issues of support for small and new business ventures, which are supported well in Pennsylvania but not in Delaware.
